I could not have asked for a better agent than Court. Buying our first house was quite intimidating, especially in such a competitive market. Court made us feel at ease and was able to answer even our most naive or niche questions. Court quickly understood what we were looking for and was a joy to spend Saturday mornings touring homes with. Court was patient with us as we looked at many, many houses and was an excellent advocate for us, ensuring we ended up in the perfect spot! I would recommend Court to anyone and everyone. Jim was great from start to finish. He was straightforward, responsive, and had a solid game plan from the first time we met. We were moving out of state and so in addition to the normal stress of moving, we had the added complication of no one being home to deal with last minute issues and trying to sell while traveling. Jim made everything seamless and even checked on our house while the sale was pending. All of the service providers he recommended were top-notch too and equally easy to work with. He even went so far as to find a personal recommendation for a relator in our new town - 3,000 miles away. I would enthusiastically recommend Jim to anyone seeking a relator in Columbus. I have purchased homes in the past, this is one of the best experience I have had. Greg is very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. We never had to wait on him, and he always scheduled ahead to make sure there were no other potential buyers present. Cutler's website has improved over the years. They have made it a more simpler way to shop for a home. We plan on making this our "forever home". We will definitely refer Greg P. and Cutler to our friends and family.
