Cutler Real Estate asked Steve  a few questions so you can get to know him better, and here are Steve's replies.

1. What is your professional/educational background?

I received real estate and marketing degrees from the University of Cincinnati and have been involved with all aspects of real estate for 25 years.  My experience has included commercial, corporate, REO and residential real estate in all aspects of each.

2. Why did you choose a career in real estate?

I love all aspects of real estate.

3. What area do you live in currently and what do you like about where you live?

I live in northern stark county and enjoy the fact that I have easy access to surrounding areas.

4. How do you spend your free time?

My free time is spent with my family or releasing the days stress by biking or running.

5. If you could only keep 5 possessions what would they be?

Since the real-estate market had slowed down recently in our area my wife and I were nervous that we wouldn't get what we wanted for our home. Steve made good recommendations for what our asking price should be and also how to prepare our home to be ready for showings. We got an offer on the first day and Steve did a great job negotiating the sale.
